NEW LONDON, N.H. - Salve Regina women's volleyball senior Clare Adams (New Concord, Ohio) has been selected to the 2013 New England Women's Volleyball Association Division III Senior Classic as one of the 32 top DIII senior volleyball players in New England. 

The New England Women's Volleyball Association invites the top 32 players in the region to a Senior Classic on December 8, held at UMass. - Boston. 

The annual event features the area's top seniors competing in various skills competitions leading up to the afternoon's all-star match. In addition to the Senior Classic invitees, 10 seniors have earned 2013 NEWVA Honorable Mention recognizing their New England collegiate volleyball careers. All players were selected by a vote of all participating member head coaches following the nomination process.

Adams finished her career at Salve Regina as the all-time leader in kills with 990 over the four years at SRU. Adams is third all-time as a Seahawk with 1,287 digs and second with 129 service aces. 

This season, Adams was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference first team all-conference after finishing the year second on the team in kills with 289 and digs with 341.
