CCC Offensive Player of the Week: Abby McMackin

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University senior Abby McMackin (Walpole, Mass.) as its Offensive Player of the Week for women's soccer (Oct. 15-21).

Offensive Player of the Week - McMackin scored three goals in two games for Salve Regina this week. Her first goal came against Wentworth as she put home the game-winner in the 78th minute of a 2-1 game. She then added a pair of tallies in a 4-3 defeat at the hands of Gordon; both of her goals gave the Seahawks the lead against the Scots.

The Seahawks (6-7-0, 3-4-0 CCC) wraps up their regular season with a CCC game versus Nichols College on Tuesday (3 p.m.).
