• Salve Regina won the last meeting between the two schools, 3-2, in Aston, Pa.
• Taylor Shepherd, Molly O'Sullivan both scored first-period power-play goals and Danielle Phalon added a score in the second period for a 3-0 Seahawk advantage. Ali Muehlbronner finished with 21 saves in Salve Regina's first-ever win over the Knights.

• Salve Regina has won once and lost once on November 2.
• The one Seahawk victory on this date was also the only time (thus far) that Salve Regina has defeated Holy Cross in 25 meetings with the Crusaders.
• Just last year (November 2, 2012), the Seahawks won 3-1 over the Crusaders in Worcester, Mass.

• Monika Borkowski (c), Shannon Coleman (a), and Shepherd (c) share the captains' duties for 2013-14. It is the first season as captain for each of the three.
