NEWPORT, R.I. (June 29, 2020) - Salve Regina University has landed 82 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2019-20 Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference Team, announced by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

BRISTOL, R.I. (February 25, 2020) – The second-seeded Roger Williams University women's basketball team advanced to the Commonwealth Coast Conference Semifinals after rolling past the seventh-seeded Salve Regina University 65-47 Tuesday evening in the CCC Quarterfinals.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The All-CCC Third Team was made up for five student-athletes, all representing different schools. Gordon’s Gibbs earned one spot as did Nichols’ Finnerty. The rest of the Third Team consisted of Erin Morton (Norway, Maine) from Wentworth, Sadie Nelson (Windham, Maine) from UNE, and Torie Scorpio (Cranston, R.I.) from Salve Regina.

(February 22, 2020) - Salve Regina University senior Torie Scorpio (Cranston, R.I.) recorded her second double-double of the season (game-highs with 28 points and 10 rebounds) to lead the Seahawks to a 65-54 win over Wentworth Institute of Technology in the final regular season women's basketball game of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC).
