- Four of Wentworth's five wins in the all-time series have come in Newport, including the last Leopard win on January 31, 2008.
- Salve Regina held Wentworth to 19 percent shooting – including just under 14 percent in the second half – as the Seahawks won the Commonwealth Coast Conference opener for both squads, 60-38, on December 4, 2013.
- Wentworth opened the game on a 5-0 run with senior Kendra Kerr scoring three points, grabbing two rebounds, making one steal and taking a charge in the first seven minutes of the ball game.
- The Seahawks quickly regrouped and bounced back with a 16-6 run to take a 16-11 lead they would not relinquish. Marissa Pendergast grabbed the momentum and led her team back with two layups, the second drawing a foul.
- Meaghan Harden carried the Seahawks in the second half scoring all 10 of her points in the final period.

the final 20 minutes.
- Salve Regina scored all of its first-half field goals (11) in the paint and added five free throws. Meaghan Harden went 5-for-5 from the floor, all inside, and led the Seahawks with 13 points at the break. The score was tied four times and there were eight lead changes before the half.
- The Seahawks went on an 18-6 run over five and a half minutes, started by successive layups from Brianna Del Valle and Marissa Pendergast. Lisa Bucci ended the run with a 3-pointer for a seven-point Salve Regina lead, 45-38, at the 14:21 mark.
- Endicott held a 45-26 rebounding edge, scored 24 points off 17 Leopard turnovers, and got 25 points from its bench.
- The game was re-scheduled from last Tuesday because of a snowstorm.
- Kendra Kerr scored 15 points for the Leopards, while sophomore Megan McLaughlin had nine points and four assists. The Leopards were held to 30 percent shooting from the floor.
- The Leopards have lost their last three conference games in a row, dropping two single-digit decisions to Nichols and Curry before a lopsided loss at home to Endicott.
- Kendra Kerr ranks in the Top 10 of the CCC for both scoring (16.2 ppg) and rebounding (8.1 rpg) efforts.
- Against CCC opponents, Wentworth has the most free-throw attempts of any team in the league (23.6 free-throw attempts per game).
- This is the first time Salve Regina women's basketball has played on January 29.

- Meaghan Harden's 12 free throws made against the Nor'easters are the third-most in a single game for a Seahawk women's basketball player. Michaela Barbato set the mark with 14 against Anna Maria on February 21, 1983.
- Harden cracked the Top 25 for the school's all-time scoring list in just two seasons (747 points).
- Brianna Del Valle's career-high 22 rebounds in a win at Curry trail only Kerry Ceurvels' FOUR individual game marks (26 at Wentworth on January 27, 1993; and three times with 24 rebounds).
- 27 Salve Regina basketball alumni, with graduation years ranging from 1989 to 2013, attended HoopsFest 2014 on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
- 12 former women's players and current assistant coach, Ashley Cerniglia, participated in the 40-minute alumni game (four 10-minute periods with running time).
- 11 former men's players saw game action (12th-year head coach Sean Foster, and his former player from the Class of 2004, Greg Kawula, did not suit up).
- From the Class of 1989, Sean Flanagan wore uniform No. 50, even though he's a few years shy of that age.
