NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina University sailing program hosted the third annual Sister Esther Whalen Open Regatta which featured two full fleets of 19 boats for 38 in the water at one time. The Seahawks used their 420s and their new FJs, and 18 other schools did as well.
