NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 48 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2018 Fall Academic All-Conference Team, announced by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

WENHAM, Mass. – Sophomore Aidan Lynch (Little Silver, N.J.) and freshman Greg Cran (Wrentham, Mass.) posted personal-best performances at 8,000 meters to lead Salve Regina to a seventh-place finish in the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship on Saturday.

WATERFORD, Conn. – Sophomore Aidan Lynch (Little Silver, N.J.) and freshman Greg Cran (Wrentham, Mass.) posted their best 8,000-meter times of the season to lead the Salve Regina men’s cross country team at the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday.

LINCOLN, R.I. – Sophomore Aidan Lynch (Little Silver, N.J.) and freshman Greg Cran (Wrentham, Mass.) led the Salve Regina men’s cross country team to a second-place finish in the Tri-State Invitational on Saturday. Lynch and Cran both finished inside the top 10 – at sixth place and eight place, respectively – to key the scoring for the Seahawks.

Donnelly tapped to lead men’s cross country

NEWPORT, R.I. – Dan Donnelly (Portsmouth, R.I.) has been named captain of the Salve Regina University men’s cross country team for the 2018 season. The senior, who also served as a captain during the 2017 campaign, has been a key contributor throughout his three years on the team.

Salve Regina University Athletics sponsors 20 varsity sports including eight that arrive in August for pre-season workouts.
