NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 38 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2013-14 Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference Team, announced Wednesday, June 4 by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

Hughes, Pate, Hanlon, Kelly, McKeon, and Nguyen led Seahawk men's teams in 2013-14.

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Salve Regina University men's tennis team won its season finale this afternoon by a clean sweep from visiting Lesley University, 9-0. The Lynx finish their season at 2-11 overall while the Seahawks earned their first victory of the year to finish at 1-11.

NEWPORT, R.I. - Eastern Nazarene College men's tennis swept three doubles matches en route to scoring an 8-1 decision against Salve Regina University in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action in Newport.

The Seahawks earned their first doubles victory of the season with Monaf Awwa and Matthew Carroll securing an 8-6 score at second doubles.

NEWPORT, R.I. - Temperatures quickly dipped below 50 degrees as Salve Regina University and Johnson & Wales University competed in a non-league men's tennis match. The Wildcats swept the doubles, losing only eight games out of 32, and then swept the singles for a 9-0 victory.

Fourth-year player Colin Gunning (Norwell, Mass.) and second-year player Khoa Nguyen (Haverhill, Mass.) were picked to lead the Seahawks' 11-member team on and off the court.
