Bio

Kyle Knoth ‘15 returns to his alma mater as an assistant coach and joined Coach O’Rourke’s staff prior to the 2016 spring season. Coach Knoth graduated from Salve Regina in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice and is currently working to complete his master’s degree in administration of justice and homeland security with a concentration in cyber security and intelligence.

While at Salve Regina, Knoth was the only member of the men’s soccer program to ever play in five seasons for Coach O’Rourke as his 2014 season came to an abrupt end due to injury. But thanks to an NCAA medical hardship waiver, Knoth was able to regain the year of eligibility and fulfill his four-years in the 2015 season when he captained the program. Knoth also played on the 2012 team, which recorded the best single season record (16-6-1) in school history, on way to winning the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championship and earning a trip to the NCAA National Championship Tournament.
