NEWPORT, R.I. - Junior midfielder Evan Hilbie (Berlin, Conn.) scored a hat-trick to lead the Salve Regina University men's soccer team to a 9-0 victory over visiting Anna Maria College in non-conference action Saturday evening.

Evan Hilbie scored in the 8th and 11th to put the Seahawks up 2-0 then goals from Evan MacDonald (Candia, N.H.) and Dana Sundell (Nantucket, Mass.), in the 17th and 19th respectively, quickly ballooned the lead to four goals for the host Seahawks.

Salve Regina outshot the AMCATS 44-5 and 27-3 in shots on goal. The Seahawks scored on a third of their shots on the goal.
