NEWPORT, R.I. – Salve Regina University has landed 48 student-athletes on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) 2018 Fall Academic All-Conference Team, announced by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye.

NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina University men's soccer player Donald Igo (Needham, Mass.) earned Third Team All-American honor from the United Soccer Coaches organization.

Salve Regina men’s soccer led the entire New England region with a record five (5) selections - both Donald Igo and Matthew O’Donnell were selected to the First Team. Evan MacDonald was selected to the Second Team, while both Jordan Elster and Michael Payan were selected to the Third Team.

Woods scores in 80th minute for 1-0 Seahawk triumph

NEWPORT, R.I. - No. 2 Salve Regina University got a goal in the 80th minute from senior Conor Woods (Otisville, N.Y.) on a feed from freshman Rich Ventura (Floral Park, N.Y.) to account for the only score as the Seahawks defeated No. 7 Nichols College in 2018 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men's Soccer Championships quarterfinal at Toppa Field in Newport.

NEWPORT, R.I. - With its most impressive regular season ever, Salve Regina University men's soccer (15-0-3, 6-0-2 CCC) landed seven players on the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) All-CCC squad including major award winners in Offensive Player of the Year, Donald Igo (Needham, Mass.), Senior Scholar Athlete, Jordan Elster (Sutton, Mass.), and Coach of the Year, Craig O'Rourke II (Warwick, R.I.).

CCC Men's Soccer: No. 2 Salve Regina hosts No. 7 Nichols

NEWPORT, R.I. - The Salve Regina University men's soccer team earns the No. 2 seed in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championships and hosts No. 7 Nichols College for the second meeting in three days.

Nat Crocker scored his first goal of the season in the Seahawks 4-0 victory over Nichols to wrap up an unbeaten regular season.
