After being outscored 2-0 in the first quarter, the Wildcats outscored the Seahawks 5-4 in the second to draw within one at half-time. The Seahawks answered with a strong third quarter, scoring six times, while not allowing a goal. Zack Makoske scored three of his goals during this stretch. The teams exchanged two goal apiece in the fourth quarter but the lead was too large and the Seahawks cruised to a 14-7 victory.
