MIDDLETOWN, R.I. - With the regular season months away, Salve Regina University men's lacrosse head coach Patrick Cooney took advantage of his fall schedule to implement some team-building activities. Cooney specifically geared his programming to build leadership skills.

"The team had an awesome time. Associate executive director Mike Miller and his staff did a great job. With so many newcomers, we felt a need early this fall to foster team unity and chemistry. The team building exercises as well as the low and high rope courses got us off to a great start. It was great to see the guys having so much fun while challenging them outside their comfort zone."
