  • Isiah Pringle scored a game-high 21 points for Salve Regina men's basketball, but it was 6-foot-9 Hans Miersma getting an offensive rebound and put back for the game-winner as Gordon won the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) battle, 64-62, on January 12, 2013, at the Rodgers Recreation Center.

  • Jeff Bielefeld posted a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Patrick Dinneen drained half of his four treys in the opening moments, and finished with 14 points.
  • As a team, SRU connected on 47.4 percent (9 for 19) of its shots from behind the three-point arc.

  • Gordon men's basketball team held a lead over rival Curry College for only 31 seconds in the final half, but the Scots completed a comeback in the closing minute for a 63-59 win.
  • The Fighting Scots used four made free throws in the close 15 seconds to break a 59-59 tie and snatched their first back-to-back win streak of the 2013-14 season.
  • Alex Carnes finished with a season-high 22 points, making three of his four attempts from deep. He also added eight rebounds, a block and a steal in 32 minutes of play.
  • Hans Miersma showed off with a dominating performance of 17 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks.
