SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) recognizes Salve Regina University sophomore guard Barrett Hanlon (Hopkinton, Mass.) with its Player of the Week honor for men's basketball.

Player of the Week - Hanlon led the Seahawks to a 2-0 week, including a conference win. Hanlon scored a career-high 28 points in a 76-69 upset win over 19th-ranked Middlebury. The sophomore also recorded five rebounds, five steals, four assists, and one block in the seven point victory. In a 73-65 conference victory over Nichols, the guard netted 16 points, dished five assists, recorded five steals, gathered two boards, and earned one block. On the week, Hanlon averaged 22 points, five steals, 4.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and one block.

Salve Regina (8-2; 3-0 CCC) is off to its best start ever through the first 10 games of a season. The Seahawks, the only unbeaten team remaining in the conference, play at Endicott College on Tuesday evening.
