Drake enters his second season coaching with the Seahawks. Drake joined the Seahawks coaching staff after spending four seasons along the offensive line for Salve Regina. Named the 2015 Offensive lineman of the Year for the New England Football Conference (NEFC), in 2016 he was part of an offensive line that helped Salve Regina finish the season nationally ranked ninth in rushing offense (274.3 YPG), sixth in rushing touchdowns (35), seventeenth in the country in scoring (41.2 PPG), and tied for first for the fewest sacks allowed all season (3). Drake will coach the offensive line in 2018.
