Wilken earns second weekly honor

CENTERVILLE, Mass. - The weekly awards continue to come in for junior quarterback Steven Wilken (Ringwood, N.J.) as he was named the Corvias ECAC Northeast Co-Offensive Player of the Week. 

Earlier this week, Wilken was named the New England Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Salve Regina Seahawks to a 47-26 win over Western New England on Saturday. 

Wilken was responsible for four touchdowns as he passed for 324 yards and three scores,and rushed for 66 yards and an additional score in Salve Regina's 47-26 win over WesternNew England. He completeed a career best 21 of 35 passes (60%), and his rushing yards came on just five carries for a 13.5 yard average.

Wilken and the Seahawks return to action when they travel to Milton, Mass. to take on Curry under the lights Friday night. Kick off is set for 7 p.m.
