NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina junior quarterback Steven Wilken (Ringwood, N.J.) led the Seahawks to a 47-26 win over Western New England on Saturday and was named the New England Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week. 

Wilken was responsible for four touchdowns as he passed for 324 yards and three scores,and rushed for 66 yards and an additional score in Salve Regina's 47-26 win over WesternNew England. He completeed a career best 21 of 35 passes (60%), and his rushing yardscame on just five carries for a 13.5 yard average.

Sophomore Daniel Ives (Madison, Conn.) was named to the NEFC honor roll for his career-best 11 tackles on the day. 

Savle Regina returns to the field on Friday, Oct. 18 to face Curry at 7 p.m.
