Sister Esther Open

Summary

Saturday, November 4:

It was a beautiful day of racing on the Narraganset Bay today. The first race began around 11:00 with a steady northerly breeze then became very shifty towards the end of the day. One protest was heard and was disallowed. Report time tomorrow is 9:30.

Sunday, November 5:

Today we started with a strong south easterly breeze that settled throughout the day. Racing began around the point but was brought back to the inside for some more controlled conditions after the first set. No protests were heard today. Thank you to Moose McClintock, our PRO, for running great races and to Augie Sturm and Shannon Killian ‘16 for helping with scoring. Congratulations to Coast Guard for winning the 6th Annual Sister Esther Open! See you all next year!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
